Seth Omondi Olale, better known as "Omosh" was born in Nairobi, Kenya on July 23, 1967. He is a member of the Luo Tribe, the same tribe of President Barack Obama’s father. Seth started painting at the age of 6 years-old. He used art as a way to freely express himself; a self taught artist, Seth uses various artistic mediums to create his art masterpieces. The themes of the pieces he creates are wildlife and still-life portraits, which are influenced by African culture and Kenyan landscapes.

Inspired by the Kenyan cultural legacy of President Barack Obama, Seth has recently painted several pieces depicting Obama in traditional Kenyan garb.They were a major hit in Nairobi, Kenya. You can obtain your copies from this website!
He also specializes in glass etching, calligraphy, and various free-hand art forms. A former high school basketball player, Seth is 6ft 10 tall. He is married to Anne and they have two boys Patroba 4 Zablon 3. His younger brother Tirus is also an accomplishd artist himself and the two have collaborated in joint projects. |
